Most of our work is undertaken for clients operating at a national level in the UK, and we're happy to arrange meetings at your convenience.

Spoon Media's Small Business Package

Spoon Media's Small Business Package allows access to the services of a professional design agency for a fraction of the normal cost.

As exclusive products of Spoon Media's Small Business Package, graphic designs, website design, graphic icons, copywriting and other original materials remain the copyright of Spoon Media. The right of Spoon Media to be identified as the author of all items has been asserted in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Unless previously agreed in writing by Spoon Media, any reproduction, rent, lease, sale, modification, duplication, distribution, alteration, retransmission or publication of any intellectual property contained on this disc is strictly forbidden.

However, Spoon Media's Small Business Package makes the following exceptions for the purchaser of the service:
- The client is granted limited licence to use logos and graphic designs not more than 500 times in total (ie one letterhead being one time; one sign being one time) providing every document (in any medium) includes accreditation of Spoon Media as the author, in clearly visible type and size. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that this obligation is imposed on any assignee or licensee of the client.
- The client may reproduce the artwork for personal, non-commercial means not more than 500 times in total.
- Full copyright may be released to the client for a negotiable fee.

All preliminary work carried out at the client's request, whether experimentally or otherwise, shall remain the property of Spoon Media unless agreed and charged separately.

Spoon Media retains the right to use any content including concepts, designs, artwork, images, edits, further revisions and portions thereof in advertising, display and promotional materials.

By appointing Spoon Media you hereby agree to abide by, comply with and be legally bound by all the terms and conditions listed above.
